CGRoverboard RAGE HD for iPad Video Game Review
Classic Game Room presents a CGRoverboard review of RAGE HD from id Software for the iPad. RAGE HD is a simplified spinoff of the console FPS RAGE that works within the shortcomings of iOS hardware...more specifically, the lack of physical controls. But what makes RAGE HD work so well on iPad is that it embraces those shortcomings and thrives in spite of them. RAGE HD is the RAGE equivalent of Dead Space's Extraction, an on-rails twist on an otherwise non-rails release. The game takes you through a bizarre funhouse of sadism, barbarism and Captain Spaulding-ism, a carnival where the game is to kill every single target that appears.
