Optospin counter rotating wheels low vibration demonstration
Video demonstration during Neuroscience 2018. Dual wheel Optosin-
2 x Optospin filter wheels, shot glass of tonic and a 405nm LED.
0-11 seconds the wheels are stepping in same direction and you can notice the vibration. Between 11 and 23 seconds the wheels are counter rotating (still stepping) and the vibrations are gone!
