Camtasia Logi Capture Virtual Webcam Fix
This video shows how to solve the frustrating Camtasia error when trying to use the Logi Capture Virtual Camera.
The error typically says "An error has occurred with the camera: Get Dimension Failed. Please check that the camera is connected and the drivers are up to date then try again."
Step 1. Delete both Logi Capture and Camtasia Applications.
Step 2. Delete the two Logi Capture registry settings. Restart your PC.
Step 3. Reinstall Camtasia
Step 4. Reinstall Logi Capture software. Remember that to use the Logi Capture Virtual Feed in Camtasia, you have to first start the Logi Capture software and then start the Camtasia recorder.
