Honeydew Melon Gimlet: John Robert's Botanic Request
Here we make a clarified honeydew melon cordial syrup to use for our signature Honeydew Gimlet. To create balance against the fresh melon sweet syrup we introduce tartaric acid which works really well against the melon.
