This is a quick review of the new iPad Air tablet. It's available in Silver and Space Gray.
Compared to the previous-generation iPad, it's 28% lighter, only 1 pound. It's also 20% thinner. 7.5 mm to be exact. The iPhone 5S is 7.6 mm, so the new iPad Air is even thinner than the iPhone 5S.
It has the same old 9.7-inch retina display with a resolution of 2048x1536. It's also more powerful, it has the new A7 chip with the M7 coprocessor. That means up to twice the CPU speed and graphics performance for everything you do.
The new iPad Air also gives you up to twice the Wi-Fi performance thanks to two antennas and MIMO (multiple-input multiple-output) technology. With dual-band Wi-Fi and MIMO, download speeds can reach up to 300 Mbps, double the data rate of the previous-generation iPad. So now when you wanna download a movie, or upload something, your connection is even faster than before, and it still gives you the same incredible 10-hour battery life.
