Rust Belt cities are losing population quickly, but where are the people going? They're moving to the Sun Belt. This is causing the Sun Belt to become more valuable electorally and more viable for Democrats. The opposite is happening in the Rust Belt, it is losing electoral votes and is becoming more viable for Republicans.
