Congress messages : 4th Summit with Xavier CADORET
"We have a historic duty to support Ukraine. The Congress is strengthening the local and regional authorities’ capacities and resilience in the face of the war. It helps Ukrainian local authorities (ex: Cities4Cities/United for Ukraine) and implements cooperation programmes in the country. The Congress should play a role in the running of the Registry of Damage currently designed by the Council of Europe".
