TopazLabs Photo Test on M1 PRO & MAX Part 1 | DeNoise AI, Sharpen AI, Giga AI with JPG
TopazLabs Photo Suite benchmark on Apple 14" & 16" Macbook Pro with M1 Pro & M1 MAX Processor (SOC). This is part 1 of the test that will focus on JPEG post editing workflow. 2 Images are used for this test a Nikon D810 file 36 MP and Panorama 192 MP, both of these files are JPEGs exported from an original RAW file in Lightroom Classic. This is a test to see the performance of these machines compared to the M1 and Intel Mac of the yesteryear. You will get a chance to see how DeNoise AI, Sharpen AI, and Giga AI performs and get my insight analysis and machine configuration guide for photo workflow that involves Topaz Photo Suite.
Part 2: Up coming will focus on DeNoise AI & Giga AI using NEF & DNG Panorama RAW from Lightroom Classic to see how these app would perform.
Part 3 will focus on Video Enhance AI performance.
