oblivion testing hall guide

this is just a simple guide for those who wish to use the very handy testing hall cheat.(available on pc and now on xbox)
the testing hall allows players to be transported to a room containing all the items in the game,including the ones you cannot get off enemies,guards and other npcs.also contains vital quest items and reward items.also,i notice alot of people out there want the proper mythic dawn bound armour this is also included as a regular set of armour.
getting out is as simple as using the door in the centre labelled "hawkhaven",once you are here just bring up the map and choose your destination. for those having trouble with the cheat console,some keyboards require you to press shift and ~ ,this issue mostly affects European-made keyboards for some reason.
