Exploring the Tees Valley Line due to TPE cutting Saltburn services back!
The Tees Valley Line is a route from Bishop Auckland to Saltburn and today journey between Middlesborough and Saltburn is to visit all (apart from one) Stations and also to see some TransPennine Express Class 185s on the Tees Valley Line as well.
From the December 2024 Timetable change around 90 to 95% of TransPennine Express (TPE) services will not run to Saltburn as they shall be cut back to Redcar Central apart from a daily service to and from Saltburn.
While in the North East area filming some videos for the East Coast Main Line challenge, spent a day on the Tees Valley Line to look at the stations on route.
