Agus, Martín, Toby, and Crimson finish reading the chapter they started in the previous reading, encountering the worst doctor ever depicted in writing who isn't outright a conscious serial killer, to the point of not knowing what a disease is and what a symptom is. Meanwhile, a ton of revelations come out of nowhere, and the character we always said was going to betray them all ends up betraying them all.
