Supreme Court makes Big Decision on Second Amendment
The Supreme Court ruled that the government can prohibit someone with a domestic violence restraining order from carrying a firearm. The Second Amendment doesn't give a Constitutional right to bear arms for those with a domestic violence restraining order.
The lone dissenter is Clarence Thomas.
