Freecad tutorial - Handwheel/knob - Product Design
In the tutorial, I'm modeling a Handwheel, or, knob, but, I have to mention, it was the test, or, experimental modeling. I decided to record it, as the technique might be helpful to someone.
The main trickery is with the usage of datum planes, and some tools, to achieve a result in the shortest possible way. And to keep the model tree as clean as possible.
The only thing I would have used in a different order, are the fillets and bottom holes. But it's a minor edit, it works ok as it is now.
