Freecad tutorial - Y-Spanner - Product Design
In this Freecad tutorial, I'll be creating a Y-Spanner, but, as it may seem a simple model, I've added few additions for the details. So, I thought that these several steps within modeling may seem interesting to take a look, and for the beginner, or anyone familiar with the software, probably learn some new approach, or solution, to the modeling problems within Freecad.
Main trouble I had with modeling this model, are details, and some limitation with the tools, but luckily, there are workarounds.
In general, I could make this tutorial far shorter, but I kept the approach fairly simple, with some repeating, so the steps are covered more than once, and easily remembered, and understood.
