Climate Litigation Risk: Is there Shelter from the Storm?

It also creates liability risk when injured parties sue entities for which insurers have provided coverage. In this talk, the authors assess the magnitude of such risks (which depend both on real world physical systems and on policy language and its interpretation) and suggest how they can be mitigated.
