How to Build an AI Customer Support Agent with Make.com
In this video I show you how to build an AI customer support agent in make.com. I use Zendesk to demonstrate how to send each ticket across to make.com (but you can also do this with Zohodesk, Gorgias, or Freshdesk), and then we build out the actual make.com automation that will either respond directly to customers, leave internal notes for team members, or generate FAQs from solved tickets and send them to airtable.
