FTFY Gaiden: Unhappy Refrain from SPEIRMIX GALAXY [Stepmania]
I've fixed DDR charts by KONAMI before, but I've never fixed SPEIRMIX GALAXY charts... until now!
Ben Speirs' chart for Unhappy Refrain is set at 410BPM, twice the song's actual tempo of 205 BPM. It seems that he recognized the questionable timing decision, because he also included a chart labeled "[true style]", where the tempo is a constant 205 BPM. Unfortunately, he misinterpreted the beat of the song in the 205 BPM version, causing the whole chart to be half a beat off sync.
This patch corrects the timing changes to better reflect the song's time signature. The tempo now ranges from 102.5 to 205 BPM, with the upbeat always being on red notes.
As an added bonus, notes in Hard 12 and Expert 14 have been turned into short Holds when it happens on a scroll stop, bringing the chart better in parity with most official DDR charts with stops.
