The same as 1st stage but this time you using stage 1 ichigo so might be a lil bit difficult
Stage 3:
Talk to Kisuke in his store for the quest and finish it to get Bankai
Quest Information: Kill 25 hollows and 1 Adjucha
Stage 4:
Kill Adjucha until they drop Hogyoku Fragment
Use it on Ichigo Stage 3
