The official video is 360 degrees VR and stays pointed in the same direction on the computer (it uses gyroscope in phone so you can look around). For those who want just a regular video following the story line, there is no official non-VR version.
Some have uploaded unofficial ones, but the video is very shaky (they held the phone in hand). The audio is recorded from loudspeaker output or earphone jack, which gives a bad quality audio and interferences from outside noise.
I present to you the best non-VR version you can find. The audio is recorded directly from the source (internal audio recording) and the video is recorded with a stable rotating platform. These recordings needed to be done separately, and put together in a post-edit.
(Note that Youtube Stabilization has been applied to the video for additional stability. While this made most of the video smoother and more stable, some fast-moving scenes like the countdown in the beginning became worse than the original.)
