Ingredients: 2 Chicken breasts, 2 eggs, 2 cups breadcrumbs,
2 handfuls of arugula/rocket leaves, 2 tbsp honey, 1 lemon,
1 handful cherry tomatoes, ½ red onion, ½ cup oil + extra for frying.
