A heated loggia is essentially a full-fledged room, part of the apartment. Answer this question: Would you panel your apartment's ceiling with plastic panels? Maybe with Euro lining? I think not. A stretch ceiling isn't much more expensive, and it looks much more aesthetically pleasing. And it's not just about aesthetics. The thermal contour created during the insulation process must remain intact, including on the ceiling. The stretch ceiling installation technology ensures installation without damaging the insulation or vapor barrier, as the panel is held in place by a profile (baguette) wound around the perimeter and doesn't require additional fastenings directly to the loggia's upper slab.
