Julie Delpy returns to the festival for the third time with her latest feature, Meet the Barbarians. She has acted in more than 30 films including Waking Life, which played the Festival. She’s written, directed, and starred in the features 2 Days in Paris, The Countess, Le Skylab, and 2 Days in New York.
