To get your tracker fixed by elliot, you'll need to do the following steps
1) go to elliot's home, when asked to fix the tracker, he'll ask you to get him a blanket
2) In order to get a blanket, you'll have to trade a super detergent to electric cable in market place
3) to get the super detergent go to the store, disturb the worker. he'll throw a paint can , this will cause the store owner to come outside
4) While he is outside , get inside the store and steal the super detergent
5) get the detergent to the trader, he'll give you electric cable. Take the cable to grandma , she'll knit you a blanket.
6) Take the blanket to elliot, he'll get you fixed the tracker.
