💼 YOUR ROLE INCLUDES:
Prospecting and canvassing neighborhoods
Conducting property inspections
Documenting damage (photos, videos, notes)
Presenting solutions and signing contracts
Working with insurance adjusters
Overseeing jobs through completion
Providing exceptional customer service
✅ WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Sales experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person
Comfortable on roofs and using a ladder
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
Able to work evenings and Saturdays
Basic tech skills (smartphone required)
💰 COMPENSATION & PERKS:
COMMISSION ONLY
Paid training for the first 60 days
Sales contests, bonuses, and incentives
Top performers make $100K - $150K+
