JavaFX Scene builder
This video is a little longer but it has some good information about how to use Scene builder. It also shows a good amount of java code used in created javaFX applications. If you are in school or just starting out this video will probably be interesting to watch. I am using IntelliJ for this video but I also have this project set up inside of NetBeans.
