The GAN Air SM is definitely my new main for all 3x3 events. It is fast enough that I can spam TPS, but also stable enough to prevent lockups. It is extremely smooth and light allowing me to practice longer sessions. Over the last week or so of using the SM I have been improved significantly at 3BLD and I now average in the high 39 range. Anything sub-39 (like this Ao5) is pretty decent for me although I feel I could be way faster once I learn more comms. After watching my solves back, I realize how stupid OP/M2 looks on a 34 :(
As always if anyone has any tips on how to improve at any BLD events please leave them in the comment section below. Sorry for how this terrible angle, I’m getting a mini tripod to better record solves.
I’m also hoping to get a decent single on camera soon. I had a 30.52 when trying to record, but I forgot to start my camera. I will probably have another video up with a single in the next few days.
