How to Round Decimals Nearest Tenth & More!
If you have a student who wants to learn how to round to the nearest tenth, nearest whole number, and more, I will show you all you need to know in this video! What is rounding off numbers? How do you know the rules for rounding? What does rounding to the nearest whole number mean? I will go over all of this! We’ll take a look at place value and how the whole number place values are related to the decimal place values. The strategy that I use is an easy way to know how to round numbers. This is an essential skill in Pre-Algebra and Algebra classes. We will cover rounding to the nearest whole number all the way through the nearest thousandth place!
