How to use Distributive Property to Simplify Expressions
We will go through many examples of how to use the distributive property to simplify algebraic expressions! I will show you how to use fractions when distributing, as well as two variables, positive and negative numbers, and various formats for expressions. First, we will distribute any terms outside of the parenthesis, then we will combine like terms to simplify the expression. This is a great intro to algebra basics! Perfect for parents and teachers with pre-algebra and algebra 1 students.
