Reading FC - Weekly Wednesday News Brief [07/11/12]
Welcome to the first episode of the wednesday news brief
1st Story:
Our first story tonight is about McDermott's reaction to the 1-1 draw against QPR on Sunday, him and his team responded well to the 5-7 defeat against Arsenal which midfielder Mikele Leigertwood described as 'A School Score'. He said he was pleased with the result and go in full of confidence to this weeks game against Norwich at the Madjeski Stadium. It's nice to see that we always take positives from games no matter what the score is
2nd Story:
We have a look back at the game against QPR, it was always going to be a close game which QPR managed to scrape a share of the spoils with Reading who based on their 1st half performance deserved to win. It Was Gorkss's Acrobatic volley that game the Royals the lead after 17 minutes, QPR did make chances with Taarabt and Cisse going close but both times missing. Chances were something that didnt come to often to Reading but they did today as Sean Morrison impressed with his aerial presence however Cisse scored in the 60th minute.
3rd Story:
I Must Say McDermott set the same team as I wanted to so hats off to the lads and back them up for the Norwich Game
