Create a VS Anywhere subscription to use an On-Premises Server

To set up a subscription, you need a (free) VS Anywhere user account.
On the VS Anywhere website, go to the Commercial use tab.
Scroll down to Per Seat Subscriptions and use the # Developers slider to decide how many users that will be connected to your subscription.
In Server type, choose VS Anywhere On-Premises Server. When ready, click Sign In & Place Order, or Place Order if you are already signed in.
