In both your professional and personal life, boundaries are critical. They are the rules we set for ourselves and others that establish the standard of life we want to live. But how often do we actually enforce those boundaries?
The biggest challenge most people face is their inability to set boundaries because they’re not clear on their values. Having real and honest conversations with ourselves about what matters most is the first step. The most important part is writing them down so we can physically see them and hold ourselves accountable.
As I always say, you can have goals, but if you don’t write them down—they remain dreams.
