How Dye Sublimation Masks are Printed
Dye sublimation is a fascinating process. Specialty inks, called disperse dyes, can be embedded only into polyester fibers and polyester resin coated surfaces. When heated, the disperse dyes sublimate from a solid to a gas and become embedded onto the substrate. With dye sub, we can print vivid, full-color imprints on all polyester masks.
