fixing server ELTEK UPS error code 09 constantly BYPASS [double conversion]

Error code is: 09
Problem is interesting, when UPS is disconnected from utility I can
successfully do "cold start" and enable inverter output - i tested using
10% nominal load and everything work just like we expect from batteries.
When i connect utility UPS start recharging batteries.
But when I enable UPS output, while having connected utility - it show
error code 09 and bypass output.
User manual does not point that error code.
Cause was shorted bridge rectifier that trigger protective inline fuse T6.3A. Simple fix, great satisfaction - it's a keeper.
