Materials
5 capia peppers
1 medium onion
2-3 cloves of garlic
10 medium mushrooms
1 chicken breast
50 grams grated cheddar cheese
Béchamel Sauce:
3 tablespoons of sunflower oil
2 tablespoons of flour (heaped)
2.5 cups of milk
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch black pepper
1 pinch of salt
1- Friends, first of all, let's cut the capia peppers as I showed in the video and make a hollow. Let's clean it with the help of a dessert spoon. We do this to fill it more easily.
NOTE: If you are going to use curved capias rather than straight ones, you can shape them in the same way with the help of a knife.
2- Let's prepare the materials we will use for the interior mortar. Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces.
3- Peel the mushrooms and cut them into cubes.
4- Chop the chickens into the same cubes.
5- Let's fry the capia peppers. Guys, this part is important. We will fry the capia peppers, but we will not kill them too long. It will be enough to fry for 3-4 minutes on average. Let's fry the right and left well.
6- We can start making the stuffing. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and include the chicken on them. Let's fry it lightly.
7- Add the onions and fry for 2-3 more minutes. Let's add the mushrooms and mix for a couple of turns, then close the lid and cook it like this for 2-3 minutes.
8- Let's add the spices and take our chicken and mushroom mixture from the stove.
9- We can start making the bechamel sauce. Let's fry sunflower oil and flour in the dimensions I specified. When the smell of flour comes, let's open it with milk.
10- Add nutmeg, black pepper and salt to sweeten the bechamel sauce.
11- Let's combine our chicken and mushroom mixture with bechamel sauce. Make sure all the ingredients are well mixed, folks.
12- Let's grate the cheddar cheese for the top. 50 grams will suffice.
13 Let's place the capia peppers on a suitable pyrex. Let's fill the capia peppers with the stuffing we prepared.
14- Finally, let's sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on them. Let's cook them in a controlled manner at 230 degrees until they are golden brown. Enjoy your meal :)
