Perm City is the Administrative center of Perm Krai, and is a Leading Industrial Center in The Urals Region for Manufacturing, Oil Refinery/Production , Metallurgy , Chemical , Timber/Woods and Defense.
Perm Region is one of oldest inhabited Regions in the Urals since 12th Century contacts with Finno-Ugric Tribes. Today the City is still an Important Economic Center.
