In order to receive your refund in a timely manner we urge you to call the Tax Collector’s office EVERY DAY and ask where your refund is. The number to call is: 816-881-3232.
You will see by the order of the Missouri State Tax Commission, they have the authority by statute to throw out the tax assessments and enforce the return of the collected money to the tax payers. This is a direct order from the State and it is imperative that you not only apply for the tax credit/refund yourself, but also help those around you to do the same. It is well worth the effort to get your money returned to you as it could result in thousands of dollars you could receive.
