1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup Whole Milk
1/2 Tsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp Onion Powder
1/4 Tsp Smoked Paprika
