If you have a Mac, but do not have recording software like Screenflow/Camtasia, how can you record your Keynote presentation and record yourself and the same time. There are many options, but here is just one quick and easy hack by using QuickTime Movie Recording & QuickTime Screen Recording and the same time to record you presenting AND the screen. As you know, if you make Keynote play full screen, then you lose your webcam image (though it is still being recorded and you could hook those recordings up later in video editing software like iMovie).

Basically, it's done like this (in the video):
(1) Keep your slides in Keynote in NAVIGATOR view. (2) Place your Quicktime Movie record image (your live webcam) next to the slides.* Then (3) choose Record Selected Portion of screen in QuickTime to screen record your keynote slides + your webcam.

*Of course, you could put your webcam video image inside the slide some place as well and screen record that. The advantage of that is that you could keep your final video aspect ration at 16:9. In my case here, I chose to place my webcam image next to the slide rather than in it, this leads to a wider screen and the creation of black bars on the top and bottom, but that was fine for me.
