RICE Rally 2021 Perth Vectorisation

So RICE Movement held their RICE Rally Perth 2021 last year, and their hoodie design was SUPER CUTE.. Too bad I don't live in Perth and they didn't ship the hoodies interstate.
So I did the next best thing and recreate a high definition copy of it so I can reprint it 🙏
