We're looking ahead even further to next season and planning the farm's Pick Your Own area and conducting seed sowing trials for this.
You'll also join us in the chateau's farm kitchen. This is where we cook and process our produce for our family. Today we're showing you what happens after we milk Stella our dairy cow.
In the Chateau Farm Kitchen, as 2024 progresses, you will also see us experiment with recipes for our farm shop delicatessen and farm shop products.
In September 2024, we hope to then extend our plans to open up the chateau's own organic restaurant and pub on weekends throughout the autumn and winter. Our farm to table restaurant will create exciting and great tasting nutritious menus, using the farm's organic vegetable, meat and dairy produce.
It's a brand new season on the farm and we have a full to bursting year planned ahead. Join us twice weekly as we show you what happens on our small family farm in France, step-by-step.
Our new life in France is a life-time project for us, where we hope to leave a legacy of a fully restored chateau, outbuildings, grounds and restored restorative agriculture farm.
