Departure - Hunter x Hunter OP | Fingerstyle Guitar Cover (1K Special)
Almost two years ago, I posted a cover of Kyle Elona's arrangement of "Ohayou." I look back at that video now with mixed feelings- on one hand the camera angle was super weird and I was just starting to figure stuff out recording-wise; but, on the other, I can remember being excited. I enjoyed making that recording, and even though I didn't know where I'd go next or if I'd even want to, I was very proud to put anything out there, at least once. At the same time, having grown up with HxH, I wondered if I'd ever get a chance to record Departure too; if, anyone made good tabs for it.
So to come so far now, making my own arrangement of this song and so many others I've wanted to play for a long time, it's felt like I've been reliving the pride of posting that first video. I have you guys to thank for that. Without all the support and the kind words you all have given me, I don't think I'd have continued to post for very long, or try to arrange any of my own covers. I mentioned this before in a previous video, but I'm beginning to realize that I can do and make a lot more than I used to think, and that maybe I should keep doing what I'm doing.
In short, thank you, all 1000 of you and more, for supporting me! I'm so grateful that I have you as an audience. In my eyes, this is just the beginning, so please stayed tuned and keep listening to me play music
