Switch Lite Took A Bath. Can I Fix It Without Soldering?
In this The Fix video I go in depth on repairing a liquid damaged Switch Lite that quite literally took a bath. The water from the bath was the cause of a two faults, the results of which are a Switch Lite that has no display output. To diagnose the issues we could use a multimeter to test the continuity of the circuits. BUT instead I do some visual investigation inside of the Switch Lite to identify the faults. Those faults were shorts on the left circuit board and display, which were of course caused by the water. Instead of jumping circuits and soldering wires, I tried to fix this Switch Lite WITHOUT soldering. Was I successful and was it all worth it?
