Pros:
Thin, good for travel
Fits in 1" laptop case with laptop
Doesn't touch keys or trackpad when set on top Macbook Pro
Make music sound better when placed on top Macbook Pro
You will look cool and feel cool
Has built-in wrist pad
Cons:
Padding warps from sweat
No way to turn keyboard off and leave batteries in place, batteries can drain even when USB dongle is in receptacle if keys are pressed
Hard to reach special characters with small hands (not ideal for developers)
