Sometimes, theme or plugins may not come fully translated into the languages on your site. Or, you may not like the translations that the theme or plugin provides and may want to overwrite them with your own.
Because themes and plugins often contain hundreds or thousands of strings, WPML doesn't load them all into the String Translation table.
