A tape found inside the burned Freddy Fazbear mask from the now-defunct Fazbear's Fright. It contains a section covering a cleaning procedure for the Bear01 model (Freddy) at the 'Old Location' mentioned by the phone guy. There's also a section of a recording of the pizzeria (mostly empty at the time) taken on the same day that Gabriel Reynolds went missing at 8:00PM.
