Tiaras Which Royals Have Worn At Their Wedding Day

As the traditional tiara etiquette states, the first time a woman can wear a tiara is on her wedding day.
In the British Royal Family, tiaras are worn to white tie events, such as the annual diplomatic reception or state banquets. Tiaras are worn much less nowadays compared to last century. They are typically kept for the evening, while hats are daywear. Weddings are the exception, where the bride is the only one in a tiara. It is the event that decides if one is to wear a tiara, not the person’s rank. The only tiara we can definitely cross off the list of possibilities is the Cartier Halo Tiara worn by The Duchess is Cambridge on her wedding day, as The Queen has loaned it out to the National Gallery of Australia for an exhibition.
