Zipscreen Strength Testing
Our Innovation and Design team are always utilising our extensive range of testing equipment to push our products to the limits. To prove the strength of z-Lock technology, we set up our Tensile Testing machine to apply an increasing force to a 25cm x 25cm fabric square with our Zip welded on both sides, engaged into our Zipscreen side channels. Watch the video below to see the strength of our z-Lock technology in action as a small sample withstands in excess of 400 kg of force trying to tear it apart.
