step one complete msq litany of peace in patch 3.3
step 2 do the quest towards the firmament in ishgard near the main aetheryte level 60
step 3 talk to the guy next to thomelinand accept the quest mislaid plans
step 4 get your first sky steel tool from your coffer that you received only get it for free one time. accept the quest work it harder, make it better
step 5 use 400 purple scrips to get 20 oddly specific materials for recipe one
step 6 craft 20 hq materials for first upgrade trade in to denys in the machinist guild must be hq turn ins. use trained eye for quality and 2 groundworks for progress
step 7 use 600 purple scrips to get 30 more oddly specific materials and craft 30 hq materials from the second recipe and pass them in to denys for the second upgrade
step 8 accept the quest in everyone's best interest to get the next two steps. accept the quest ever skyward to upgrade the tool of your choice. craft 18 materials with the highest collectability of recipe 3 then turn em into denys for the goblin goo then to nimie this time using the same rotation as before.
step 9 accept tools of tomorrow and craft 21 materials this time of recipe 4 and turn them in to goblin goo and then nimie again.
step 10 accept oddness in the end quest and head into the firmament for the final step
step 11 accept the quest the pinnacle of possibility and craft 20 materials of the final recipe turn em in to the machine for the final goo then pass em in to the final npc.
