In this video, I compared Galaxy S8 vs iPhone 7. Galaxy S8 has edge to edge screen called infinity display which if futuristic. This early review is comparing there exclusive features Galaxy S8 vs iPhone 7. Actually only difference between Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus is the screen size and battery capacity. And difference between iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus are RAM, camera, display size/resolution and battery.
Galaxy S8 vs iPhone 7 Design
In design wise, Galaxy S8 is newer and look gorgeous. That's due to it's edge to edge display. It is not completely infinity display. But two edges are curved and minimal. iPhone 7 has same sleek uni-body design.

Samsung's new infinity display is advertise to have 1140 x 2960 resolution. But it's default resolution is 1920x1080 which is same as iPhone 7 display. And iPhone 7 has P3 cinema standard color.
Galaxy S8 vs iPhone 7 Camera
Galaxy S8 has pretty much same 12MP rear facing camera as Galaxy S7. But front facing camera got huge improvement. Now it has 8MP camera with full time auto focus to face with advanced face detection.
Galaxy S8 vs iPhone 7 Performace
Galaxy S8 has Qualcomm MSM8998 Snapdragon 835 and Octa-core (4x2.35 GHz Kryo & 4x1.9 GHz Kryo). It is 10% faster than Galaxy S7. and iPhone 7 has Apple A10 Fusion with Quad-core 2.34 GHz (2x Hurricane + 2x Zephyr) which is still faster than Galaxy S8. And Samsung Galaxy S8 has 4 GB RAM. But Android 7.0 uses more RAM than iPhone 7 so still iPhone 7 with 2 GB RAM or iPhone 7 Plus with 3 GB is more capable than Galaxy S8.
Galaxy S8 has some new exclusive assistant called Bixby which is pretty much same as google voice or Siri. Other than that is has some features from Galaxy Note 7 such as Iris Scanner.
