Ingredients
▢ 1.5 lb raw shrimp, tailed and deveined
▢ 2 cloves garlic, minced
▢ 2 tablespoons Avocado oil, or olive oil or butter
▢ 1 teaspoon EACH smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper(red pepper flakes optional if you want spicy )
▢ 4 cups broccoli florets
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 450ºF.
Cut 4 sheets of foil into long rectangles (about 12”x12”). Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, garlic, oil, and spices.
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, oil, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper.
Divide the shrimp onto the aluminum foil then add about 1 cup of broccoli florets to each foil.
Add what ever shredded cheese you like ontop of broccoli.
Fold and seal the foil. Transfer foil packs to a large baking sheet (skip if grilling).
Bake or grill for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and carefully open foil packs, drizzle with lemon if desired, and alittle bit of parsley and serve immediately.
